The Every Bite of Food Matters project (Project No: 2023-1-LV02-KA152-YOU-000114359) successfully concluded in Riga, Latvia, after six days of intensive learning, intercultural cooperation, and practical action. Coordinated by Black Wood Environmental Biedrība, the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange brought together participants from France, Lithuania, Romania, Türkiye, Ukraine to explore innovative approaches to reducing food waste while promoting environmental sustainability.

The final day was dedicated to evaluating the project's achievements and recognizing participants' personal development. During the Youthpass Certificate session, participants reflected on the competences they had gained, including teamwork, intercultural communication, leadership, environmental awareness, and active citizenship.

The project concluded with a comprehensive evaluation and closing ceremony, where participants shared their experiences, discussed future dissemination activities, and committed to implementing food waste reduction initiatives within their local communities. As the mobility came to an end, participants left Riga with stronger international partnerships, practical knowledge, and a shared determination to ensure that every bite of food truly matters.
